Look back at your starting point
What did you think you understood before the experience? What question or perspective made you reconsider it? Describe a specific moment rather than a general impression.
Name the learning
What can you now explain, investigate or do more clearly? Consider research, listening, speaking, negotiation and collaboration. Identify something you still want to practise.
Connect it to real life
Where does this issue appear in your school or community? Who could help you understand that context? Avoid choosing an action before listening to the people involved.
Choose a thoughtful next step
Set one realistic goal. Explain what support it needs, how you will review the result and what you hope to learn. Reflection is part of action, not something saved until the end.
